An email confirming that we have received your direct debit application form will be sent shortly to the email address you supplied. If you do not receive this, please check your spam or junk mail folder first, before contacting us.

We will process your application and send you confirmation of what your payment amount will be.

Notification will be either by email or post, depending on your preference, to advise what your new direct debit payment will be and when this will start.
