Submit a Site Validation Report

Use this form to submit a Site Validation Report (SVR) following remediation of contaminated land under condition (g) of Rule DW R24 (Rule 34) Permitted – Active Remediation of Contaminated Land.

The information gained from this notification form will assist Bay of Plenty Regional Council in the delivery of its RMA Section 30(1)(ca) function which is “the investigation of land for the purposes of identifying and monitoring contaminated land”. This information will be used to update the Land Use Register record for the site. For further information on the Land Use Register please visit our website page Contaminated Land.

Your Site Validation Report will be reviewed by Regional Council staff and we will contact you if further information is required.
