Responses to Official Information Requests

In accordance with Bay of Plenty Regional Council’s Proactive Release Policy, below are responses to official information requests that have been deemed to be in the public interest, or relate to a subject that has been widely requested. 

In publishing these responses:

• The response may be published in full or as a summary, depending on the content.
• Where the response is provided in full, some information within the response may be redacted for reasons such as privacy.
• Responses have been categorised by subject area.  Where a request/response covers more than one subject area, it will be located in the category which relates to the majority of the information.
