At the Bay of Plenty Regional Council, information about contaminated land is recorded on the Land Use Register. Properties recorded on the Land Use Register can be viewed online.

For more information about a specific property recorded on the Land Use Register a Site Details Report can be requested using our online HAIL (hazardous activities and industries list) form below.

Please know it will take up to five working days to process a HAIL request.
