Report It is an online tool that lets you quickly and easily tell us about recurring unpleasant odours from known sources. It takes less than a minute to make a report.

All reports are cross-referenced with Pollution Hotline complaints, weather data, and (where applicable) observations from our compliance officers who proactively monitor air quality in the area.
Currently, Report It is being used in Mount Maunganui, but you can also use it to let us know about recurring odour issues in other areas. There are several odour-producing activities in the Mount industrial area, which can make resolving these issues complex. By making it easier for the public to report odours, we can identify problem areas and respond more effectively.
