On 9 May 2024 the Bay of Plenty Regional Council reviewed its representation arrangements, and resolved that the following proposal apply for the Council for the elections to be held on 11 October 2025 and for the election to be held in 2028:

Council gives notice, under Section 28 (4) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, that the Rating Information Database (RID) is available for inspection.
Notice of cancellation - Regional Transport Committee RLTP Deliberations
The Regional Transport Committee meeting that was scheduled to deliberate on the Draft Regional Land Transport Plan 2024-2034 on Wednesday 8 May in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga at 9.30am has been cancelled.
Notice of meeting change of venue and time - Draft LTP hearings
The Bay of Plenty Regional Council Meeting to hear submissions will meet at 9.45 am on Friday 10 May at Huria Marae, 1 Te Kaponga Street, Brookfield, Tauranga
Notice of re-scheduled meeting
The Bay of Plenty Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws Committee deliberations on the Draft Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws originally scheduled for Tuesday 7 May and Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 9.30am will now be held on Thursday 30 May and Friday 31 May at 9.30am.
Unless specified - all meetings will be held at Regional House, Bay of Plenty Regional Council, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga.
Bay of Plenty Regional Council Hearings and Deliberations - May 2024
Notice of meetings to deliberate on the Draft Regional Navigational Safety Bylaws and the Draft Regional Land Transport Plan 2024-2034 and to hear submissions on the Draft Bay of Plenty Regional Council Long Term Plan 2024-2034.
As a correction to the previous public notice, the Regional Land Transport Plan (2024-2034) Meeting to hear submissons will meet at 9.30 am on Friday 12 April in Totara Room, Whakatāne District Council, 14 Commerce Street, Whakatane.

The Rotorua Te Arawa Lakes Strategy Group Hui originally scheduled for Friday 22 March 2024 at 9.30am will now be commence at 12.30pm or at the conclusion of the The Rotorua Te Arawa Lakes Strategy Group workshop being held on the same day at BOPRC Rotorua Office.
