Asset management plan
Asset management planning allows Bay of Plenty Regional Council to manage our physical assets, their performance and maintenance expenditures, and the associated risk over their lifecycles.
Asset Management Plans (AMPs) inform Council’s Long Term Plan (LTP), a 10-year plan that is reviewed every three years with the community.
Our draft AMPs are currently out for consultation, in conjunction with the three-yearly review of the LTP, and we would like to hear your thoughts to help us shape what goes into the draft LTP.
