The Bay of Plenty Regional Navigational Safety Bylaws Committee will hold hearings to hear submissions on the DRAFT REGIONAL NAVIGATION SAFETY BYLAWS on the following days:

To be held in Mātaatua Room, BOPRC Offices, 5 Quay Street, Whakatāne. The hearings will commence at 9.00am - Wednesday 3 April
To be held in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga. The hearings will commence at 9.00am - Thursday 4 April

The Regional Transport Committee will meet to hear submissions on the DRAFT REGIONAL LAND TRANSPORT PLAN 2024-2034 on the following days:
- Wednesday 10 April
To be held in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga. The hearings will commence at 9.30am - Thursday 11 April
To be held in Waiariki Room, BOPRC Offices, Cnr Fenton and Pukaki Street, Rotorua. The hearings will commence at 9.30am - Friday 12 April
To be held in Mātaatua Room, BOPRC Offices, 5 Quay Street, Whakatane The hearings will commence at 9.30am
All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
