The Bay of Plenty Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws Committee deliberations on the Draft Regional Navigation Safety Bylaws originally scheduled for Tuesday 7 May and Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 9.30am will now be held on Thursday 30 May and Friday 31 May at 9.30am in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga.
These deliberations will be public excluded. All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
