Pursuant to clause 20 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act 1991, Plan Change 13 (Air Chapter) to the Bay of Plenty Regional Natural Resources Plan (RNRP) will become operative on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
In accordance with s55(2A) of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is also given that RNRP wetlands policy WL P13 has been amended as directed by clauses 3.22(1) and 3.34 of the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2020.
