Notice of cancellations

The following scheduled Public Hearings on the Bay of Plenty CDEM Group Plan 2023-2028 Submissions (if required) have both been cancelled:

• Tuesday 5 September in Waiariki Room, BOPRC, Cnr Fenton and Pukaki Streets, Rotorua at 1.00pm
• Wednesday 6 September in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga at 9.00am

All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
