Bay of Plenty Regional Pest Management Plan 2020-2030 becoming operative

Pursuant to section 77 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

The Bay of Plenty Regional Pest Management Plan 2020–2030 is made in part and commenced on 17th December 2020, excluding the advisory pest plants in Appendix 1 which are subject to an application to the Environment Court.

The Regional Pest Management Plan 2020-2030 is available on the Council’s website and can also be viewed between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday at the Regional Council offices at:

• 5 Quay Street, Whakatāne
• Corner Fenton and Pukaki streets, Rotorua
• Regional House,1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga
