Status of Appeals

Twenty two consent orders have been made by the Environment Court. An additional consent order remains in a draft form pending the outcome of Environment Court hearings. In total, 98 of the 150 points of appeal raised by appellants have been resolved.

Attachment B to Council's report to the Environment Court on 30 November 2016 shows the status of each of the appeal points by topic area.
