Bay of Plenty residents have only a few days left to make submissions on Bay of Plenty Regional Council’s Draft Annual Plan.

The Draft Plan sets out the Council’s key programmes and projects for the coming year, how much they will cost and where the funding will come from. Submissions close at 4pm on 26 April. Copies of the draft Plan are available on the Regional Council’s website or from Regional Council offices.

As forecast in the Ten Year Plan, the Draft Annual Plan includes a general rates increase for residents of between $7 and $12 a year.
