Section 32 Reports

Section 32 reports for the Proposed Regional Policy Statement summarise our evaluation of the extent to which each objective is the most appropriate way to achieve the purpose of the Act; and whether, having regard to their efficiency and effectiveness, the policies and methods are the most appropriate for achieving the objectives.

Eleven section 32 reports have been prepared. Each report addresses a topic or chapter addressed in Part two of the Proposed RPS.  Copies can be downloaded here.  Contact us if you would like a hard copy. Individual section 32 reports cost $5 each.
