Council Outcomes
Our Council Outcomes describe what we want to achieve as a regional leader in the Bay of Plenty. Our outcomes set out how our work will make a difference for our community. By working towards the outcomes we will promote environmental, cultural, social and economic well-being in the Bay of Plenty. Well-being is all about quality of life. What we do plays a part in helping our community achieve its aspirations for quality of life.

Ten Year Plan
Our work to achieve the Council outcomes is set out in our draft Ten Year Plan 2012-2022 which will be open for public submissions from 27 March 2012 to 27 April 2012.
In 2008 we produced a Bay of Plenty Community Outcomes Report, showing the region's progress towards the previous set of Regional Community Outcomes. Even though these outcomes have now been superseded by our new Council Outcomes, the report contains interesting and useful information on the region. Please contact us if you would like to request a copy of the 2008 Bay of Plenty Community Outcomes Report.
