Rotorua Air Quality Control Bylaw 2010
The Rotorua Air Quality Control Bylaw 2010 (396 KB, pdf) was duly made by the Rotorua District Council by resolution passed on the 26th day of August 2010.
Administration and enforcement of this bylaw was transferred to the Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
