Pathogens or diseases that can have an impact on the Bay of Plenty include kauri dieback (PTA) and the kiwifruit disease PSA.
Bay of Plenty Regional Council supports the Ministry for Primary Industries in the fight against these diseases and works with other agencies and industry.
