Ohiwa Harbour walkway

An exciting resource for keen walkers and Sunday strollers is the new walking track along the Harbour shore at Ohiwa.

OhiwawalkwayPeople no longer have to walk along a narrow and, at times, quite busy stretch of Ohiwa Harbour Road. This section of track is just Stage One of the Opotiki District Council project, which will add several more kilometres of walkway to the Loop Rd boat ramp and will include signage that tells the stories of the Harbour.
