Regional Pest Management Plan
The Bay of Plenty Regional Council adopted a new Regional Pest Management Plan for 2011 - 2016 in September 2011. The Plan identifies the plants and animals considered to be pests in the region, and outlines how each pest will be managed. It also explains the pest management roles and responsibilities for Council, as well as landowners and occupiers, across the region.
